Shift Wellbeing has teamed up with Body Fusion to bring you the ultimate weekend retreat.

Ash is an experienced Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, a qualified Yoga Instructor and owner of @bodyfusion. Her inspiration to become a Dietitian stems from her desire to help clients discover how a balanced diet can prevent and treat chronic disease, promote longevity and positively influence energy and concentration levels. 

Han is a Personal Trainer with a background in exercise science, nutrition and outdoor recreation. She has worked with women in Sydney over the last 5 years to help them become stronger, fitter and more confident through personal training & outdoor group training #PARSKWEAT. She is passionate about building strong communities of women who feel confident, supported and fit, enabling them to enjoy tackling challenges and adventures. 


As a dynamic duo, Han & Ash have designed this weekend retreat as an opportunity for you to disconnect from your everyday life and dive into an all-women space that allows you to tune in & listen to your body, train, practice yoga & nourish your body with healthy food.

But how is this different from any other retreat? 


Han & Ash have built the weekends activities around what they have learnt in their years of experience working with different women while helping them on their journeys to health and fitness. The Journey to Wellness Retreat has been created to ensure that you go home feeling relaxed and reenergised in the short term but also empowered to make positive changes to your health and fitness in the long term.

Our space

Coolendel is a 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney. We have a handful of beautiful @flash_camp glamping tents backing onto South Coast hinterland, on the Upper Shoalhaven River. An ideal spot for a weekend out of the city. The perfect place to connect with nature, decompress and reenergise.
